Below you’ll find answers to some of the most frequently asked questions about our services, how we work, and what to expect before, during and after the job. All work is carried out by trained professionals and fully covered by insurance, giving you complete peace of mind.
Do you offer free quotes?
Yes, we offer free, no-obligation quotes on all jobs. Simply get in touch and we’ll arrange a convenient time to assess the work and provide a clear estimate.
Are you fully insured?
Absolutely. We are insured unto £10 Million We carry full public liability insurance and all our work is carried out in line with current safety standards and best practices.
What areas do you cover?
We’re based in Hazlemere and cover a 15-mile radius, including High Wycombe, Beaconsfield, Amersham, Marlow, Princes Risborough and surrounding towns and villages.
Can you remove all waste and debris?
Yes — we always tidy up after ourselves. All waste is removed unless you’d like to keep logs or chippings for your own use.
Do you offer emergency callouts?
We do. If a tree has become dangerous after a storm or poses a risk to people or property, contact us and we’ll respond as quickly as possible.
What’s the best time of year to prune trees?
This depends on the species, but generally late autumn to early spring is ideal for most trees. We’re happy to advise on the best timing for your specific tree.
